The Ice Cream Cake strain is a crossbreed between the strains, Gelato #33 and Wedding Cake. This was combined with a very strong body high that expresses itself as a tingling sensation throughout the body and around the eyes. It produced a moderately strong mental cloud which made concentration difficult. Listed with 22.6% THC content and a price tag of $143.95 for 28 grams, we found Ice Cream Cake from Big Bag O Buds to be very strong and offer decent value for the money. A sweet taste of vanilla and lemon on both the inhale and exhale is great however we did find there was a slight hint of black pepper at the end of the exhale which some might find has a bit of a bite. The flavour was a wonderfully creamy extension of its aroma. The colours contrast so well that it is easy to see the few brown hairs that kinda resemble leopard spots. The buds were all medium or large in size, spongy to the touch, beautiful shades of forest and dark greens with heavy trichome frosted leaf tips. It’s also pretty clear they maintain a pretty high quality standard. BBOB has been consistent with this across all their strains.
